HKMU, CIHE, and TWC have collaborated to develop Hong Kong's first cross-institutional VR game to improve interprofessional communication among healthcare students. Applications include immersive training for nursing and physiotherapy students, who will gain teamwork and communication skills essential for patient-centered care. Through simulated clinical scenarios and interactive feedback, students can practice decision-making and safe communication. The game offers a cost-effective alternative to current training methods, designed to elevate healthcare quality through enhanced collaborative skills. This project is expected to be ready for classroom use by 2025.
