Effects of Tele-Pilates and Tele-Yoga on Biochemicals, Physical, and Psychological Parameters of Females with Multiple Sclerosis

This study examines the effects of eight weeks of tele-yoga and tele-Pilates on females with multiple sclerosis, focusing on biochemical, physical, and psychological parameters. Results showed a significant increase in prolactin levels and a decrease in cortisol, indicating hormonal improvements. Participants also experienced reduced depression, enhanced physical activity, improved walking speed, and a better quality of life. These tele-exercise methods present a non-pharmacological approach to managing MS symptoms. Applications include home-based therapeutic programs for MS patients.
