This invention is an IoT-driven, portable microthermofluidic system for synthesizing MnO2 nanoparticles using a microfluidic platform, designed with a thermal management system. It offers temperature sensitivity of ±0.2°C, operates on low power (12V), and is enabled by a smartphone controlled IoT system. The device can be used universally for biochemical and biomedical point-of-care testing (POCT) applications. Potential applications include nanomaterial synthesis, DNA amplification, protein denaturation, and various biochemical processes.
