This invention is a vegetable oil-based lubricating mixture that forms a self-generating lubricating film under high temperature and pressure conditions. The oil forms a carbon network structure on metal surfaces, which converts into a nanocrystalline graphite layer to act as a grinding film, providing long-lasting lubrication. The mixture is environmentally friendly and outperforms traditional mineral oils in high-temperature, high-pressure environments. Applications include machine tools and industrial machinery, where stable lubrication is critical for performance. This innovation addresses the environmental issues of mineral oils while offering superior lubrication under extreme conditions.
